Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“A child that does not attend school did not have vaccinations on file.”
“A child in care that does not attend school was missing a health statement in their file.”
“The operation had a full fire extinguisher, however, the service date had expired.”
“A half wall of the kitchen bar area had a hole in it. A photo was taken.”
“There were two children in care who did not have a file available for review.”
