A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.

“The most recent fire inspection was conducted on 4/8/2025. The director has made contact with the fire marshal who will conduct a new inspection by the compliance date.”
“The operation did not report via online provider account the number of employees who ceased working at the operation during the previous calendar year by January 15th, 2026 as required.”
“There is play equipment on two out of three play areas that do not have the required amount of loose fill. The required amount for these areas six inches. The Director is working on getting the loose fill installed and going to up supervision until the loose fill is installed.”
