Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.

“Based on the information received during the investigation there is sufficient evidence to support the operation did not report an incident to CCR as required per minimum standards.”

“An infant had their diaper changed and was given to another caregiver in the room before washing their hands. Note: We discussed importance of washing hands immediately after diaper changing procedures and the caregiver washed the child's hands during the inspection.”
“Paint is chipping on the walls in the pre-school group classroom. The toilet seat in one of the restrooms has come off the hinges. There is a hole in the ceiling in one of the classrooms psoing a safety hazard”
