Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · California Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing DivisionNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“IB conducting interviews with a total of adults and gathered interview reports for qualified children and other enforcement agencies regarding the allegation and Adult # being arrested due to alleged abuse. This is an immediate risk to the safety of children in care.”
“interviews conducted by IB and LPA with a total of Adults, and qualified children. Child # 3, and witnessing Adult # hitting a child on the hand. This is a potential risk to the personal rights of children in care.”
“LPA viewing a video footage during nap/lunch dated 5/31/22. Adult #1 was disciplining a year old child by tapping on the child's left shoulder times with a spatula/spoon while child is in high chair. Adult #1 pushed the high chair with their foot few steps back, picks up the child aggressively from the high chair, making the child to pick up something child had thrown on the floor. This is an immediate hazard to the health and safety of children in care.”
