Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · California Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing DivisionNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“licensee admitted she has not been present in the facility 80% of the time because she has been on maternity leave since beginning of August. She states she has been staying with her in laws while her assistants were managing her day care in her absence. She would check in at least once a week to see how things were going. This is a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care.”
