“Based on observations, interveiws, records review and evidence gathered during today's investigation, the child(C3), who is under the age of months old, has been in care at facility since July 14, 2026 in infant room. DIrector self admitted that parents or authorized representative are not always present in the classroom with the child(C3) while child(C3) is in care at the facility. The Facility is licensed to serve infant bage group children from month to months and preschool age group children from years to entry into first grade.”
