Inspection history
Source: Delaware Office of Child Care LicensingRecords held from Sep 27, 2021 onward. Earlier visits may exist in the agency’s own files.
Delaware publishes only visits where a regulation was cited, plus complaint investigations. Visits that found no violations do not appear in the state's data, so a gap between dates here does not mean the program went uninspected. Delaware does not publish a severity weight for its citations.

Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Delaware Office of Child Care LicensingNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Ensure child files are complete. Child #7, and Child #8 need lead lab test results. Send to OCCL when completed.”
“Kitchen Food that is stored must be labeled with contents and date of preparation or expiration. Send a copy of labeled food to OCCL.”
“Rest equipment for pack and play needs to have tightly fitted sheets securely covering mattress. Send pictures of sheets on mattress tightly covering the mattress on the pack and play in the infant room to OCCL.”
“Feeding of Infants. Child #9 had fruit in his bottle. Bottles must only have formula or breast milk in their bottle unless a doctors note is provided. This was corrected at the visit because the teacher had enough bottles without fruit inside of it, as well as enough fruit to feed the child for the rest of the day. Send an email correspondence to and from parent to OCCL stating this information is known, or provide a doctors note stating that this is permitted.”
“On June 15, 2022, OCCL received a complaint regarding the center refusing to return a child s belongings when disenrolled, lack of sanitation, improper staff-to-child ratio, possibly being untruthful with parents regarding the reason why the center closed for a week, serving expired milk, and allowing a parent inside the facility when parents were not allowed in due to Covid. This complaint is substantiated for improper staff-to-child ratios because 9 children, ages two through school-age, were present with one staff member. There is no evidence to substantiate that the child s belongings were not returned, that parents were allowed into the center during COVID restrictions, or that the center closed for another reason than what was provided to parents based on staff members statements. There is no evidence to substantiate lack of sanitation or serving expired milk based on this specialist s observations.”
