A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.

“Complete staff files are needed, Staff #1, 2 and 4 needs DEEDS certification, Staff #3 needs DEEDS certification and FA certification, Staff #6 needs orientation, OCCL health and safety training, four reference letters, adult abuse check, health appraisal with TB and release of employment.”
