“During the inspection, it was determined that children were not protected from item(s) or condition(s) which may threaten their health, safety, or well-being. The following was observed: the washing machine and dryer are accessible to children and child safety locks were not present on either of the machine's doors. Provide staff training. Submit the program’s corrective action plan, which includes a statement that training was provided, to the Department to verify compliance with the requirements of this rule.”
“During the inspection, it was determined the posted weather and fire alert plan did not meet the requirements in rule. The following was observed: The posted weather and fire alert plan in each space used by the children did not indicate evacuation routes or contain any instructions needed to safely evacuate. Correct the violation and submit the program's corrective action plan to verify compliance with the requirement of the rule.”
