Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Operation did not notify parent(s) of minor injuries that require first aid treatment from a caregiver.”
“During a DFPS investigation it was found that the operation did not share the incident report with parents within the 48 hour time frame.”
“During a DFPS investigation there was sufficient evidence to support that proper ratio was not maintained outside.”
“During a DFPS investigation it was found that the operation failed to maintain proper supervision of a child in care.”
“During a DFPS investigation it was found that the caregiver did not fill out the incident report and it was not filled out correctly.”
“During a DFPS investigation it was found that the operation did not notify CCR within the proper time frame.”
“During a DFPS investigation it was found that the operation did not notify parents immediately of an incident placing their child at risk.”
“During the inspection, observed a caregiver?s background check had expired, causing them to be ineligible to have direct access to children in care. This was corrected by the caregiver leaving the premises.”
