Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Caregivers were arguing in front of the children in care.”
“Four children were observed to have expired medication stored. This was corrected at inspection.”
“Cubbies in the gymnasium, science lab and CCLC Imaginarium classrooms were observed without children's name labeled on them. This was corrected when the operation placed labels with children names on the cubbies inside each room.”
“Operational policies were reviewed. It was found that six of the eleven parent rights consistent with Division five rules were either missing or in need of updating.”
