Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“There is sufficient evidence to prove that a caregiver did not ensure that an adult from their school knew they were responsible for the children prior to the van driving off and leaving the children at the school.”
“The caregiver responsible for children during transportation did not demonstrate good judgment when they did not follow their transportation emergency plan by calling the operation so that management could be sent to their location when they were unable to transport children due to concerns on the van.”
“There is sufficient evidence to support that a caregiver did not demonstrate good judgment when choosing not to notify additional staff that a child had fallen and was exhibiting a change in behavior, delaying the child's parents being notified and medical attention being sought.”
“There is sufficient evidence to prove that after a fall occurred in which a toddler fell and hit their head and shoulder on the floor, the caregiver did not hold or comfort the child.”
“2 children did not have the most up to date immunization record on file.”
