Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“The van used to transport children was missing a sign on the outside or the name of the operation with contact information on the inside of the vehicle.”
“Most recent fire marshal inspection was last conducted on 02/04/2021.”
“During the inspection children were observed napping on cots with identified with a number however there was not a list indicating which cot belonged to which child. Corrected during inspection, caregiver generated a list with each child's name corresponding to a number matching the cot.”
“First aid kit was missing adhesive bandages and antiseptic solution or wipes.”
