Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“There was no Parent's rights available for review. This was corrected when the form was printed.”
“There was no transportation emergency plan available for review. This was corrected when one was created during the inspection.”
“The caregiver failed to ensure that all children were accounted for while transitioning the children out of the classroom located outside into the main building at the end of the day, resulting in a six-year-old being left unattended in the classroom for an undetermined amount of time.”
“The promotion of Physical Activity was not available for review in the Operational Policies.”
