Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“The provider has past due background check fees from 12/2/25.”
“One of three caregivers did not have documentation of current first aid/cpr. There was expired first aid/cpr training in the file for the caregiver that expired August 2023.”
“There was no documentation that a fire drill had been conducted in May. It was also noted that fire drills are taking longer than three minutes.”
“A staff member who transports and the director have not completed the annual transportation safety training.”
“The operational policies have not been updated to include the requirement for a safe sleep policy or promotion of indoor and outdoor physical activity section.”
