Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Two children under the age of 2 were observed using screen time with the older children of the group. NOTE: this was corrected during the inspection when the TV was turned off.”
“The water table was observed with dirt/water and was not maintained in a clean and sanitary condition. NOTE: This was corrected at inspection when caregiver cleaned the water table.”
“A Heavy Duty Oven & grill cleaner was seen on the grass in the outdoor play area making it accessible to the children. NOTE: This was corrected at inspection when caregiver removed the cleaning solution from the outdoor area.”
“Fire extinguisher in the child care home was expired the date on the fire extinguisher was from Sept 2021.”
“It was observed duringn inspection the outdoor play area had dog feces.”
