Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“A review of the operation's camera footage found that infants had been left awake in restrictive devices for more than 15 minutes time periods.”
“Based on the preponderance of information obtained during the investigation a caregiver did not relate to a child with courtesy or respect when they referred to the child as a baby for the way they were behaving.”
“Based on Operational Policies received, Water Activities that are provided was not documented in Operational Policies.”
“Based on sign in and out sheets received at the time of the incident. One caregiver had 28 school age children.”
“Ten children files observed did not state or provide a space for parents to document if their child needs assistance during water activities.”
“School age classroom had three caregivers to 39 children.”
“Caregiver was observed on their cell phone.”
“Based on external documentation obtained during investigation, caregiver displayed prohibited punishment by using humiliation to a child in care.”
