Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.

“Operational policies did not include information on: Promotion of indoor and outdoor physical activity; Procedures for parents to review a copy of the child-care center's most recent Licensing inspection report and how the parent may access the minimum standards online; additional information on emergency preparedness plan; preventing and responding to abuse and neglect of children; and a statement informing parents that they may visit the child-care center at any time during your hours of operation to observe their child, the child-care center's program activities, the building, the premises, and the equipment without having to secure prior approval.”
