“The operation did not practice a fire drill one month (June 2022) out of eight months. This was corrected at inspection, when the director conducted a fire drill.”

“There were five infant chidlren (0 - 11 months) to one caregiver, placing the caregiver out of the child/caregiver ratio.”

“The Infant B Class had 5 infants with an SAG of 0-12 months and only 1 caregiver was present. Co-Director was able to add another caregiver to the class during the inspection until the second caregiver assigned to the room returned from break.”
