Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“There was not an observed sign in/out log for the children.”
“The last drill observed to be documented was in September of 2024.”
“The operation's director did not submit a written notification to Child Care Regulation before changing the days of operation.”
“Three of the eight children records reviewed were missing health statements.”
“All caregivers (3) have a CPR and First Aid certification however, it does not specify Pediatric CPR and First Aid.”
“All caregivers were lacking emergency preparedness, food allergies, and hazardous material trainings.”
“One of the eight children records reviewed did not have an immunization record on file.”
“Shed door was missing which caused the wood nails to become exposed and made the contents inside the shed accessible to children in care.”
“It was found during the inspection the operation had not maintained admission paperwork.”
“There were 2 outlets in the play area that did not have safety covers. The primary caregiver covered both outlets during the inspection.”
