Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.

The director was made aware of the concerns on 12/17/25 but failed to notify parents in a timely manner.”

Proper discipline/guidance was observed during the inspection time and additional trainings have been completed by all staff.”

Through review of video during the investigation inspection, it was determined that a caregiver pulled a three year old child up from a sitting to a standing position by holding the child's hand and pulling the child up which caused an injury to the child's elbow. During the interview process, the caregiver stated that they were trying to get the child to join the group on a rug that was in a different area of the classroom.”
