Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“This standard was evaluated during an investigation, and a violation was found. The operation did not provide the parent with a copy of the incident report. The incident report provided did not have a parent or staff signature.”
“1 staff file reviewed did not include a TB test on file.”
“1 child in care did not have an emergency food allergy plan available for a diagnosed food allergy.”
“Two staff members did not have first aid certificates on file.”
“One staff member did not have a TB test on file.”
