Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“An email was sent to the operation on 5-18-26 regarding overdue fees. Operation has been asked to log into the portal and update this information by Wednesday May 20, 2026. Operation has also been informed that if the task is not completed, a deficiency will be incurred.”
“Three of the caregivers interviewed confirmed the allegations stated by the reporter that children are put in their classrooms, and they are not provided with the name or age of the child.”
“The operation did not report to licensing after the operation was notified by the legal guardian that a bite received while in care at the operation resulted in an infection that required hospitalization.”
“The daycare's records for sign in and sign out are not complete with the time out recorded for children leaving the daycare center.”
“Childcare ratios were adjusted at the opening of the day and included a child under 18 months.”
