Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“An investigation found that a caregiver was using their personal phone to use FaceTime calls while caring for children. The caregiver also brought toddler children in her class onto the FaceTime call with her friend.”
“Based on evidence obtained caregivers did not follow up after contacting a parent using Brightwheel messaging system to ensure the parent received the message regarding an injury. The follow up was not sent until 2.5 hours after the first message.”
“The operation did not have an up date sanitation inspection.”
“Supplemental Form 2936 created to show that the deficiency was corrected at inspection. This supplemental Form 2936 replaces the original Form 2936 left at the operation on 11/9/2021. During the walk through of the 2 year old classroom there was diaper cream in an unlocked cabinet accessible to children. This was corrected when the caregiver locked the cabinet.”
