Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“A child was left unattended in the classroom.”
“It was revealed that a caregiver left a child inside the classroom unsupervised.”
“The operation does not have the updated licensing local number posted.”
“The operation does not have the most recent investigation or inspection report posted. The last investigation letter that is posted is from April 25, 2024. The last investigation letter that was sent to the operation was done on June 20, 2024.”

“The incident report is missing required information, parent notification date, time and parents signature.”
“The operation did not render first aid to the child, it took approximately an hour for the child to get ice and for the operation to notice the bump on his arm and the child favoring his arm due to the pain he had.”
