Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“The feeding instructions for the infants were not signed by the parents and updated in the last 30 days.”
“Fire and disaster drills had not been completed since the beginning of the year. Carbon and smoke detectors had not been checked and documented.”
“A current list of employees, and the release of liability statement was not observed posted. This was corrected during the inspection when the provider posted the names.”
“One child's record did not have a Food Allergy Emergency Plan.”
“Out of ten children's records reviewed, three records were missing health statements.”
“Out of ten children's records reviewed, three records were missing current immunization information.”
“An infant not yet on solid table foods did not have infant feeding instructions.”
