Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“While conducting first aid kit audit, there was a required items missing.”
“During the walk through screen time activity was observed during a meal and nap time preparation period. This was corrected during the inspection when the provider turned the television to a black screen lullaby.”
“During the inspection, required postings for written activity plan, and contact lists was not posted.”
“The first aid kit was observed to have expired bandages. This was corrected during the inspection when the provider removed the bandages and replaced them with non-expired ones.”
