Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.

This was corrected at inspection as staff wrote the name of the children on the medication. In another room not used by children where medication is kept there was one medication that was not labeled with the child's name for whom the medication is for. All three medications did not have the date the medication was brought to the operation.”
