Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“During the inspection, outlet covers were missing in the operation kitchen and children's bathroom. The operation replaced all outlet covers when the issues was pointed out.”
“During the inspection cleaning supplies were found in the children's bathroom and in an unlocked cabinet in the operation kitchen. When the issue was pointed out, the operation either locked the items up or moved the items to a location not accesible to children.”
“Three out of five unrelated children enrolled did not have an immunization record available for review during the visit.”
“A household member did not have an home orientation available for review during the visit.”
“The operation did not have several items missing in the operational policies to include the promotional of indoor and outdoor activities.”
“The operation does not have the CPSC/recall product form available for review during the visit.”
