Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“One child was left unattended in the Two A classroom for approximately 20 minutes. The staff did not conduct a name to face check to account for all children present during a transition period. The staff was not aware that the child was left unattended.”
“During a transition period, two staff were not aware of the number of children, in which they were responsible for. A group of 14 children, with two staff were present outdoor while another child was not accounted for in the classroom. The staff did not follow the operation's policy related to accounting for all children.”
“The most recent annual sanitation inspection was dated and conducted on 06/04/2025.”
