Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“The operation did not have their fire inspection completed at the time of inspection but called and had it scheduled for 6/19/2026.”
“The operational policies for the operation left out key information, such as medication information, allergies, injury and illness, release of children, discipline, and guidance.”
“The operation had water guns in the kinder class that were remoed during the inspection.”
“The operation did not have lesson plans or a set curriculum to review.”
“Building and grounds were not in good repair.”
“There were several hazards on the playground including broken play equipment, unkept tall grass, and damaged fencing.”
“The use zone in the front of the slide was not size feet.”
“The operation does not have a director.”
