Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“During the inspection two children with diagnosed allergies did not have signed allergy plans by the parent and physician.”
“During the inspection the first aid kit was evaluated. The kit was observed with expired gauze and bandages. This was corrected during the inspection when the expired supplies were removed and thrown away.”
“A caregiver was found to not have a current background check results, was present at the operation, and had access to children in care. This was corrected at inspection when the caregiver left the operation.”
