Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Based on the information gathered during the investigation, proper supervision was not established when a child was left unsupervised in the classroom. The teachers did not know the number of girls and boys in their group during the transition to the restroom break.”
“An activity plan was not dated in a classroom. Corrected at Inspection: The activity plan was dated during the inspection.”
“A caregiver did not have a current CPR/First Aid training.”
“Operation did not have a current fire inspection. Last fire inspection on file was 11/10/20.”
