Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“This standard was reviewed during this investigation. Based on the information provided, staff didn't properly supervise the children by making sure all children were accounted for after outdoor play resulting in a child being left unattended outside.”
“A caregiver did not assist an infant with hand washing after a diaper change.”
“A 3 month old child was observed sleeping in a bouncer during the walk-through.”

“4 caregivers did not have an eligible background.”
“This standard was evaluated in regard to an investigation and a violation was found. A caregiver placed their legs over a child during nap to force the child to lay down/nap.”
