Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“There was a four month old in the crib with a bib, and two toys, One of the toys were hanging over the crib and the other was inside the crib with the infant. This was corrected at the inspection when the toys and bib was removed.”
“There was a four month old infant in the play yard with a mattress pad not specific to the crib model and smaller than the surface of the play yard. This was corrected at inspection when the mattress was removed.”
“There was a 15month old, 4month old and a 2 year old engaging in screen time. This was corrected at inspection when the television was turned off.”
