Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“The operation did not have inclusive services included in the operational policies.”
“The operation during the walkthrough did not have a current First Aid Kit in both buses. Corrected during the inspection.”
“There is a caregiver present without an active background check status or submission. The caregiver was sent home.”
“Upon entry, two infants were asleep in a restrictive device. The caregiver stated that this is often. The caregivers were made aware of the deficiency and corrected this by placing the children in their cribs.”
“There are four caregivers present with a pending background check. The caregivers were sent home.”
“The most recent fire drill was conducted in April.”
“The provider failed to report a COVID case within the required time frame.”
