A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.

“The provider did not submit annual verification of liability insurance timely.”
“During the inspection the Primary Caregivers trainings were observed, the Primary Caregiver was missing trainings in Recognizing Abuse and Maltreatment and SIDS/Shaken baby. The caregiver also only had 25.5 hours of the required 30 hours.
