Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Caregiver did not use good judgment when interacting with a child during circle time.”
“Infant daily sheets were reviewed, and missing times and amount of food given to infants.”
“Eight out of eleven records reviewed were missing Health Care Statements.”
“Eight out of 11 records were reviewed and were missing shot records.”
“One infant in the infant classroom was observed to be placed on their back, wearing a sleep sac with velcro "wings" which enclosed the infants' arms and did not allow for startle movement.”
“Two children were missing physician health statements.”
“Three employees were missing some required training.”
“4 caregivers were missing employment affidavits.”
“One thermometer in the first aid kit was deteroriated in the bus due to heat.”
