Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Admission forms did not have all of the required information, including water safety.”
“Employee records did not contain the preemployment affidavit 2912”
“Outdoor activity times were not listed on the schedule.”
“A caregiver left three children unsupervised to open the center door.”
“One classroom was observed watching a movie during their naptime. This was corrected at inspection when the movie was turned off and music was put on instead to help children sleep.”
“A child under 18 months old was grouped with older children where there was more than an 18 month age gap. *This was corrected when the child was moved to a room with the appropriate ratio”
“The younger toddler room had 14 and one caregiver with a specified age group of 2 years old. *This was corrected when children were moved to another classroom”
