Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Based on the evidence given, it is determined that children were not adequately supervised.”
“A caregiver was counted in ratio and had access to children with out an active background check on file. This was corrected during the inspection, when the caregiver left the operation.”
“This standard was evaluated in regards to a report and was determined to be deficient. A caregiver did not use good judgement when they placed a folded shoe cover with attached pipe cleaner straps over the mouth and nose of three children to act as a mask.”
