Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“The operation is not equipped with a sufficient number of toys and equipment to keep the infant entertained.”
“There were a total of 11 children present with one caregiver. There were five two-year-olds, four three-year-olds, and two four-year-olds making the operation over by one child. This was corrected when the assistant caregiver arrived and was counted into ratio.”
“During the inspection a water hose was observed on the playground area where the children have access to. This was corrected at the inspection when the caregiver removed the water hose from the playground area.”
“During the inspection the bathroom was observed to not be kept in a sanitary manner.”
“One of the three dogs do not have vaccination records.”
