Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“CPR Training is not current for one staff member.”
“First Aid training is not current for one staff member.”
“1 staff file reviewed did not include current first aid training.”
“1 staff file reviewed did not include current CPR training.”
“One child with a diagnosed food allergy did not have emergency food allergy form on file.”
“Two staff member personnel files did not include the following: 1. Orientation 2. Confirmation of operational and personnel policy receipt.”
“One child in care with a confirmed food allergy did not have a food allergy emergency plan on file.”
