Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“A caregiver with a provisional background which does not allow the caregiver to be alone with children was observed alone with children during the inspection. This was corrected at the inspection when a second caregiver arrived at the operation.”
“1 out of 2 employee files reviewed did not have first aid.”
“2 out of 2 employee files reviews did not have a TB test.”
“1 out of 2 employee files reviewed did not have CPR.”
“A caregiver was present caring for children with a pending background check status. The caregiver was sent home.”
