Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“During inspection the current children do not have an updated form that has all the required information.”
“During review the operation was taking an average of 15 minutes to exit the building during fire drills.”
“During review the last certification for CPSC was completed in 2020.”
“During review parents rights were not seen in the operational policies or being signed separately.”
“During review an employee that was last present around a year ago still had an active background check. This was corrected at insepction when the individual was removed.”
“At follow up the operation now needs 20.5 hours that includes specific topics and management hours to come into compliance.”
“During inspection the caregiver was missing 30 hours of annual training.”
“During the inspection Written Feeding Instructions could not be obtained for an infant in care not yet on table food.”
