A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.

“During an investigation inspection it was found a child was left unattended for a brief moment.”
“Upon reviewing CPR/First Aid training records for caregivers, as part of the investigation, it was determined that one caregiver did not have proper training for CPR. The training was completed online only and did not include the required hands-on skills component.”
