Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“The cots were not labeled.”
“One infant did not have current feeding instructions dated 1/11/2026 but the operation was able to get it updated during the inspection.”
“One group was observed with 2 caregivers and 17 children. The specified age for this group was 16 months old. The maximum number of children that can be in this age group is 13. The maximum group size was exceeded by 4.”
“A classroom was observed out of ratio. A classroom with the specified age group of 3 years old was observed with 1 caregiver and 18 children. .”
“The operation failed to contact Child Care Regulation when a child in care had an allergic reaction which required medical attention.”
