Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · California Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing DivisionNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“When hitting or throwing when not supposed to, they can be placed in a highchair and buckled in. This poses a potential safety risk to children in care.”
“A child in care left the premises and wandered onto the sidewalk. A neighbor observed the child walking alone, secured the child, and remained with them until authorized adults or the guardian were located and identified.”
“Licensee did not report to Child Care Licensing when a child in care wandered away from the premises.”
